The first room I checked into had a dirty toilet and countertops. I was then given a different room which was cleaner than the first but still not very clean. The bed fitted bed sheet, while clean, was on inside out. The refrigerator was rusty and leaked water. When I checked out the desk had no room number assigned to my reservation. Luckily they did not check anyone into my room the night I stayed there. I had reservation for two nights but decided to leave after the first night.

I don’t usually write reviews on properties, but this one warrants the extra effort. It looks great from the outside, and has good water pressure in the shower, but that’s where the charm ends. Here are a few of the things we witnessed during our two day stay: a dog fight between four dogs in the tiny front lobby, a non-functioning toaster, hair dryer, microwave, phone, and bedside lights/plugs in our room. Homeless people in the rooms, walking the hallways. Extremely dirty as soon as you walk in the building. Doors have hand written signs “do not disturb” taped to the door. As you walk the hallways the doors are cracked open ! Very unsafe ! Smells like marijuana and smoke not safe for anyone with medical concerns.

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived on the second day, I could not check in because I didn't arrive on the day of my reservation. I was unable to inform the hotel on time. I was not let in, and had to pay anyway. Unacceptable.

The first room i was placed in had a backed up toilet. The front desk staff was nice and put me in a second room right away. The second room had food crumbs on the counter, a broken lock on the door, a clock that didn't work, and black mold in the bathroom. The hallways hadn't been cleaned in a while and some of the hallway lights were burned out.

The room was very dirty. Floor was extremely filthy. Beds were not changed. A bathtub had a lot of hairs. A toilet, sinks were extremely dirty. I have never seen or been in that filthy hotels. My experience was just horrible! P.S. I went to a store and bought bunch of cleaning supplies and clean the room myself…..

Very bad inside the hotel it smell very bad there was nothing in the bathroom the fridge in the room had mold

Looks can be deceiving At first appearance, the hotel looks great! Once inside, you notice the rundown appearance! Staff was friendly, but the room and amenities were subpar! The carpet was stained throughout the room, the bed mattress was hard as a rock, there were no utensils in the room and you had to go down to the front desk to request the items needed to prepare a meal, the bathroom tile was peeling up in the corners, the windows were up on arrival, as to “air out” the room and it was very difficult to close, the compl... read more
