My room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room.

Staffing was terrible, electric outlet was faulty and risk of hazard. Breakfast bar there were no cups available, quality of customer service was unsatisfactory. I will never go back again to that property. Terrible service!

The first thing I noticed was rust on the fridge. The next thing in noticed was crumbling drywall in the bathroom.but being tired I just tried to go to sleep. I soon learned I was in a drum. The people above me seemed to be running a marathon in thier room. It was very load !!!!

The property was very neglected. Smelt of cigarette smoke when in walked in the door to my room. I walked around wearing socks in the room and after only a little while they were so covered in dirt as if the floors have not been cleaned in a very long time.

Run down property and dirty. Almost stepped in dog crap while exiting my car in parking lot. Not what I expected for a Newport Beach address.

The facility looks clean and modern from the outside, which is where the pleasantries end. There’s a bad smell throughout the hotel. The elevator smells like an armpit, the room reed of smoke, the air conditioner didn’t work and the shower curtain rod was on its last legs. The only redeeming thing about my stay is that I was hardly there.
