Half of the hotel are homeless.They’re in the parking and inside the hotel walking around and follow me to my room.One homeless tried to take my water.I had to check out after 1 hour checked in.Very scary.I had to have the policeman escorted me to my room to bring my luggages out.The front desk lady was nice and helpful to give me the full refunds.

Average stay I had a one night stay for business here. The floor I was on had a damp smell to it. Room was clean however when I inquired on a coffee cup for my room I was informed they were all out of cups. Additionally the AC unit did not work & the room was warm & stuffy all night.

The first room that was given had stained dirty sheets and the toilet was not clean had blood on it. Was upgraded to a nicer room but it also was not clean. The hallways smelled and felt old and outdated.

First time staying at extended stay and again. So bad reserved for 4 days but had to leave after 1 night. If we could only get our money back we will. Looks like placement for homeless people. Front desk staff needed customer service training.

Last resort Roach invested, short on staff, and toilet didn’t work. Whoever is the owner of this hotel clearly only cares about making money and doesn’t care about hospitality.

Won't come back Walked in and people were talking about some police action, clerk was very busy with duties and answering questions on the phone. he room was stark and the bed sheets wrinkled as f they had not been changed.
