Cheapness looses customer. Un maintained facility. Cheap towels. Pillows that were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Cheap operation I will never stay there again.

.. Very unsatisfied with this hotel. The hallway where my room was located had trash outside the doors for the entire weekend of my stay that had the hallway smelling bad. Also, whoever was above me had multiple dogs that wouldn’t allowed us to sleep throughout the night. I do want to give Raymond a 5star on his CSR service but besides that, wouldn’t recommend!

reserved two nights, saw a blood mark from possible bedbugs on the mattress, couple of more laundered blood marks on the pillow, so requested changing a room. 2nd room was so dirty look like it was not used for months. I did not finish staying there, left there in the earliest morning. Just went to a different hotel

Emergency alarm or the fire emergency alarm sound in the afternoon and at 3 am everyday . The kitchen was dirty and fridge it seen the house keeper don’t wipe in months . Toilet and shower has old mold

Never had an experience this bad everything was dirty the toilet was dirty the shower curtain had mold the window curtain looks like someone threw up on it

There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom, no soaps or shampoos. No coffee maker in kitchen. No paper towels. Dirty sheets sitting right outside ourcdoor. Luggage cart had a flat tire. Am disabled & there was NO ONE TO HELP US OR WILLING TO HELP US. No water in the room, vending machines were almost empty and had NO WATER. The property looked nice on outside…But filthy on inside. Film on floors. Had to ask for sheet that wasn’t on bed no shower curtain?! No soap or any amenities. Don’t Stay here. You’d be disappointed.

DISGUSTING stay The stay here was absolutely horrendous. From the front desk trying to charge for a service dog, and turn her away. Alone on that I should be contacting the BBB. Everything in this hotel is dirty from the moment you walk in to the hallways, walls and floors. The room floors were so bad my feet were dirty. Reseveration wrong I reserved a room with two Double Beds and because the hotel overbooked, I was given a Queen Bed!
