The room was well equipped and I liked that they spoke to me on the phone asking if everything was okay.
Adequate The price was right. I liked the kitchenette with the second sink. The first day the bathroom sink didn't drain. The did come and fix it. The toilet was a water saver ... too bad you had to flush it twice to get any TP to go down. Hallway smelled, but room wasn't bad.

Bad: The free "breakfast" consisted of two pots of coffee and one of hot water, and instant oatmeal packets. I'm not a breakfast fan so it didn't bother me. The only place within walking distance for anything is a Carl's Jr. there was a sink and fridge, but nothing else in the kitchen: no utensils, plates, bowls, pots or pans. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Very outdated, and kind of weird, like there were no doors on the "closet", just racks on the wall.
