We checked in after driving all day and got into our room where my daughter promptly had to use bathroom, there was feces already in toilet and she tried to flush but toilet was backed up. Called the frint desk and asked for a new room. We were offered a plunger first however to try to fix! We got another room on a different floor but we opened door and there were construction materials there carts, drills, a hanging light. Mine was not a trendy room but was clean and comfortable. The price and location made it a good choice and the kitchen made it even better. No downside for me.
Parking is included and free. Wifi ok. Need upgrades, furnitures, appliances and new sheets and bedding (too worn/yellowish). Noisy on top floor below AC units on roof (I shut of fridge and AC in my room but the noise came from outside my room).

I would have the Cleaning crew be nicer when ask a question. Front counter staff good when asked a question and helpful. Maybe smile for but i understand because of the pandemic. I would just advise the cleaning crew to not be so rude
