The front desk staff including Alexander and Melissa were excellent. They helped me coordinate an appropriate handicap room and were both courteous and expeditious.
Everything is fine
Newport Beach Trip Older hotel. Bed and shower were very good. Some basics that I expected but did not get were glasses or ice buckets. The biggest complaint was there were NO electronic plug-ins for phone, etc. Room door access was terrible because card reader in door took several minutes in order to work and open door.

Clean enough but no return visits It wasn’t the quality we were expecting. Initially it appeared that we were entering a hospital or an AA meeting. There were several folks out front smoking even though there were “No Smoking” signs clearly displayed.
