Great service at check in. Very friendly and helpful.
Convenient to family in Irvine This was a great self-service hotel. All dishes, cooking equipments, linens were provided by us stopping at the desk and asking. We emptied our own trash. One suggested improvement would be to add a location to put recycling. Bed were comfortable and the hallways and parking lots were kept clean.

There were safety concerns.
me parecio muy limpio cocineta en general,el refrigerador,micro . Lo que no me gusto fue el engaño del desayuno incluido ,,,solo era cafe ,una barrita ,un moffin,sobre de avena y chocolate para hacer y nada mas. eso no es desayuno.

Window would not close the front desk said that it was a maintenence issue .

Great for the cost and location! No issues at all. Decently clean and definitely comfortable. Floor/ceiling noise a little more than normal, but that was probably just my upstairs neighbor.
