No frills Hotel was adequate but was a no frills stay. Nothing in the kitchen, no blanket, no toilet paper or paper towels, no breakfast but coffee with no cups. Only 1 elevator worked so there was always a wait. Hall carpets were nasty.

Stayed there a few times. It’s very close to the airport. Parking is easy and I’ll stay again.

6.0 rating is accurate This property is adequate for business or leisure travelers on an economy budget who are fine with very basic accommodations. It’s definitely a no-frills type of property. The location is convenient to SNA airport and UC Irvine. I’ve stayed here many times, and have never been impressed, but also never had a bad experience until my most recent stay.
