Nice service
Have been here many times before. Room is on first floor so easy to get in and out. Clean and quiet.
Super nice little hotel can cook a whole meal if you want to !

The room was clean, the manager was really kind and helpful during check in
Very clean and maintained and staff was very nice. I got to meet the "famous" Mel everyone raves about and she was super sweet and accommodating to all customers. I just moved from another location in Lake Forest that was the total opposite. So I appreciated the refeshing change since I was paying twice.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the advertised airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was described. Due to overnight transportation issues at Newark Airport, we were directed to the shuttle pickup area. Although the hotel shuttle was advertised as running every 30 minutes, we waited over an hour before it arrived.
