Yes, staff courteous and room clean. But it took a while to figure out the in the wall air-conditioning system. And we did not have any in room entertainment due to ongoing work, ? upgrade on it.

My room was clean but there was no desk in the room as was stated in the description. Besides that, it was quiet and I had a pleasant stay. It was worth it for the price.

Great and clean
Good price, kitchen was okay but its good to have for long stays and cheaper then airbnb, the bed was ok but needs more bedding and pillows for sure

A good stay at a good price. the stay was uneventful but the location was good, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which was surprising. It has a kitchenette which we didn't need or use but it was clean. If there was one surprise it was that this hotel doesn't automatically stock each room with shampoo and conditioner. You have to ask for it. Also, nothing in the kitchen but again, if you ask at the front desk they can supply plates and disposable silverware for you. In general I would recommend this hotel. Good if your staying a few daysb Alexander at the front desk was excellent and so helpful as was most of the staff The rooms make it so you can prepare simple meals they provide kitchen ware and coffee machines on requests helps reduce expenses especially with children and they are pet friendly
