reserved a queen size bed but was given a full size bed. Their options are king, queen or two full size. Staff was not able to find a room with queen bed available but I paid for this level anyway.

Never Again This room was disgusting, the shower was filthy, the refrigerator looked like the outside had never been wiped down, countertops were stained and filthy. We had to ask for clean sheets and pillow cases.

We had a reservation for 2 beds, but only got one. We were told they overbooked . So they take reservations but don’t actually hold them

I had a reservation through Expedia. But when i went to check the front desk told me that they are fully booked and they don’t have any rooms available. She also said that they always get over booked. But i told them that i had a confirmed reservation made a few days back. The receptionist insisted that they had no rooms available and are only honoring reservations made months ago. BEWARE!! Bathtub had hair, it was filthy, mattress was horrible had no sleep, A/C unit made a loud noise. Chair in lobby needs to be replaced!! It’s not a hotel, it’s a place where people stay where they have no where else to go, saw a person walking in the hallway with hospital clothes!! I was late to my business appointment due to all the problems I encountered!!! The entire facility needs to be shutdown and needs a complete renovation!!! Never again! Full refund is due to me!!!

Pubic Hairs in Bathtub Hotel is extremely dirty. Checked into room and found pubic hairs inside bathtub. Room smelled like it was a smokers room when reservation was for non-smoking room.Bed was firm and uncomfortable. Went downstairs and complained with pictures. Was told they would refund our money.
