The staff were nice and helpful. The main issue was the room we stayed in, room 406. The room was full of bed bugs and I’ve received multiple bites across my face and neck, arm and hands. You could visually see them crawling across the furniture and bathroom towels. The kitchen sink was consistently leaking to the point the clothes were soaking wet. Very disappointing stay and probably will not return to this establishment.

Upon coming to the room, there was this smell that was not pleasant. Like an old dirty smell. I had to turn on the AC to get that smell out. But throughout my stay that smell still linger there. There was no service. If I call I was told to go to the front desk to get it. No one changed my towels or make beds for the 3 nights I was there. I understand it was a budgeted hotel but I never been somewhere where my bed wasn’t made and no new towels were given. I was told if I need new towels I need to bring my old one to front de... read more

Its good to have Kitchen facilities but the Hotel looked old. Bad smell throughout the corridor and lift. Bath soap was seems to be very cheap.

While the property was pet friendly and conveniently close to Disneyland the rooms were disappointing. The curtains didn’t close properly and there were stains on the desk chair and carpets. The bathtub spout was not sealed correctly and dripped constantly after first using it. The towels were small, thin and rough while the toiletries were cheap and minimal, a bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle. The staff at the desk were pleasant and kind but I wouldn’t choose to return to this hotel again.

2 problems with my reservation. First, the room smelled. If we weren't so tired that we fell right asleep, we would have moved rooms. Second, the "breakfast" they advertise is coffee and a small, pre-packaged dry muffin.
