The bathroom was dirty. The shower was stained . It has a horrible smell to it .

The tub was filthy and the room was very run down. We did not stay. We left and went to another hotel. I need my money refunded. The front desk staff said that Travelocity had to refund me.

The shower water does not turn off all the way it was a steady drip all night. Floors in room felt sticky. Vent in bathroom was covered in dust. Air in the hallways was stale. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

There was a lot of property damage all around. The elevators were all scratched up like vandalism type of scratches. There is the possibility of lead exposure which I did not know of prior to my reservation. The rooms had hard floors which is a cleaner option but I feel as if it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was underwear of the previous person left in the bathroom !!! The staff was nice when they weren’t hiding in the back office or what seemed like a break room off the lobby Won’t be staying there again

I’ll start with the good- staff was kind and location was good. I needed to be close to the Honda Center and I was. For the not good: at check in was informed the water would be turned off from 9a-5p the next day for maintenance. Complete inconvenience without even an offer of some compensation. The rooms are old and “patched” up. They have stoves in the rooms, but ventilation is old and the hallways smell like food. Gross. The bathroom counters had burn stains. This property is older, not updated, furniture scuff marks and flooring in hall/elevator needs cleaning.
