We left immediately upon entering our room. Discovered mold completely covering the tub and shower walls. Was told that a note was left for the manager since there was no one at the front desk because we arrived late at night. Was also told that I would be refunded the next day, however have not received any form of communication or refund. Talked to Expedia customer service and was told they could not do anything until there was someone available at the property. The hotel has a weird smell, lobby floors where dirty. The room same weird smell and I founf small roaches in the Bed. We couldn't sleep the 3 nights we spend there due to noise, smell of the sheets and afraid of the pest we found. The shower was leaking water all.over the place. What a terrible experience.

Vector issues Upon checking in my son pointed out a house roach on a kitchen cabinet. I noticed long black hair on the bed sheets and the bathroom. We took off to a baseball game and 3 1/2 hours later we returned to find even more roaches all around the room. I notified the front desk and we did not stay. Now they won’t refund my account and are avoiding my phone calls. Don’t stay I have photos to prove it. The lady in the front desk said that people bring the roaches with them. Lol
Disappointing The hotel itself smelled like smoke and was stuffy like a window hasn’t been opened in years. Our hotel room the ac barely worked, the faucet was broken and sprayed everywhere, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for shampoo.

The room was pretty funky and the whole place smells like cigarettes. There was definitely a fair amount of people living in this hotel and smoking cigarettes in their rooms.

The place smelled gross, the shower faucet was always dripping loud, nobody fixed it. We had cockroaches in our room, nobody cared. The toilet started to leak, nothing was done. We only got one towel and I had to go down stairs to turn it in before I was given any more. Do not stay here..

You get what you pay for, they do not provide cooking equipment unless you purchase it at extra cost, did not smell good in hallway or in the room, shady people hanging around outside, bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom sink did not drain well at all, could hear people walking around above us.
