First good things: Very easy parking, friendly staff at check-in and Honda Center within walking distance. However, shower didn’t work at all (no water) and no breakfast (they said that there are muffins, bars etc. but there were only coffee and porridge). Also very loud place to try to sleep so all in this was our worst place to stay during our holiday even if this was more expensive than our other hotels.

WORST STAY EVER The bed was broken, it tipped forward when we sat in the front to take take our shoes off and we fell forward. On top of that there was no hot water, we let it run for 10 mins and nothing changed.

Bed was uncomfortable,sheets smelled. The shower was leaking water.

The staff were nice and helpful. The main issue was the room we stayed in, room 406. The room was full of bed bugs and I’ve received multiple bites across my face and neck, arm and hands. You could visually see them crawling across the furniture and bathroom towels. The kitchen sink was consistently leaking to the point the clothes were soaking wet. Very disappointing stay and probably will not return to this establishment.

Upon coming to the room, there was this smell that was not pleasant. Like an old dirty smell. I had to turn on the AC to get that smell out. But throughout my stay that smell still linger there. There was no service. If I call I was told to go to the front desk to get it. No one changed my towels or make beds for the 3 nights I was there.
