Drove 3hrs from out of town only to be told “there was a water break in you room” and “ we can not accommodate you at all here tonight.” So we inevitably needed to leave and find a new hotel; however, due to the event that was going on (and we had planned to go to) all hotels in the 30min radius were fully booked. The Extended Stay did absolutely nothing to help accommodate us or to contact us prior to arrival so both parties could attempt to remedy the situation. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Great location. Really incompetent staff. Incredibly poor service. No follow up on multiple requests for simple things like towels or hangers????. Furniture banged up and old. Would not stay there again even though it has a great location.

Hotel didn’t have the amenities listed on site. Went to front desk and they weren’t able to provide basic amenities I had paid for. Room was filthy. Bedding was dirty, Bedskirt wasn’t even properly tucked. Kitchen microwave/ refrigerator smelled bad when you opened them. Appliances were yellow in color, could use major update.The night stand drawer when we opened it was filthy with crumps. We had to call customer service to get checked out.

The staff was very nice. The facility is old and dated. The room just looked dirty. The refrigerator was bolted shut. There were stains in the carpet and shower. The toilet seat was not straight. I was disgusted and left after 5 minutes.

The property overall is decent if you can avoid stepping in dog waste that litters every grass area outside. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional, but watch out for the manager “Denise”. She seems to enjoy hassling her customers over very petty issues not to mention treating her own staff poorly and even in front of other customers.

Our room was dusty and dried food was on the counter tops. There was black hairs in the bed under the sheets.
