Bed bugs

The AC was out which made sleeping through the night horrible. The furniture was badly damaged. The mattress had several dents throughout. There were no dishes. When I called the front desk they were out of everything including blow dryers. This was a nightmare.

Good location, not well taken care of Great location for going to a show at the Honda center, spacious room, and staff was friendly. However, the hallways and elevators had a bad smell of old french fries & cigarettes. The queen bed had only 1 pillow. It took two front office calls, one in person request, and over 3 hours to get bedding for the fold-out couch bed. The bathtub had long hair still in it from previous customer. The hotel is not that great. Cupboards in our room hadn’t been cleaned or dusted for a long time. Bathroom door was busted including the lock. The ladies at the front desk were nasty to us. Not friemdly at all and acted like it was so demanding and she was being bothered to try to help us out. Extended stay is extended gay

Roaches Roach infestation. 2 roaches in the kitchen and 4 in the bathroom. Disgusting. Never again.

I am really disappointed on Expedia as I arrive at the hotel. The front desk told me that you guys cancel my reservations so I didn’t have no room.!!

Very disappointed The beds were super hard and killed our backs. One of the beds had cardboard holding up one of the legs of the railings! When you sat on the end of this bed, didn't matter your size, it lifted up! My 7yr old fell when this happened to her! We even found trash left from previous guests under the bed! The bathroom had MOLD on the ceiling!
