We arrived late at night and the front desk people couldn’t check us in; they should train their people in customer service. They didn’t clean the room.

Dirty or stained tub who knows Stay was nice but the tub was very disgusting. I told the front desk and Jessica the lead on weekend said she will give a partial refund. I still did not get it. Was willing to change rooms but none was available

The carpet was absolutely filthy. Also, kitchen was totally empty and no ice.

SMELLS The room was not ready upon arrival, we only waited about 10 minutes so that was fine however the room smelled so bad we had to ask the front desk for air freshener to keep on hand

Excellent location with lots of restaurant options and freeway access, however the room is smelly, dirty & old. The property can use a little more TLC by fixing up and repaint the rooms. I’m unable to sleep due to running water in the bathtub/shower. I wanted to move to another room or another hotel but other family members said to be “nice”. I hope the owner or management team listen & a simple repair & repainting can go a long way.
