Sad to report problems, but this place needs professional cleaning. Bathtub was dirty, water faucet dripping. Kitchen cabinets in very poor condition. Desk table marked with polish. Outside of property was well kept.

There was no shampoo or cutlery The elevator was scarred up. The water wouldn't shut off in shower

There was dog poop outside, the rooms and hotel reeked, I had called the front desk several times from my personal and my room phone and she never picked up. I came down stairs to find her right next to the phone, I tried telling her someone was smoking upstairs and tried telling her where and she cut me off for another person. There was people with pets who would bark the whole time. It felt more like I was staying in a crappy apartment than anything. Everything smelled musty and nasty.

Very unsafe I messaged the hotel… it was terrible. As soon as I pulled in, things didn’t seem right. The type of individuals that were customers, seemed to be very unsafe (a lot of packed cars with dogs in the parking lot) the hotel did not look kept up well. The room was very worn and not in good upkeep. There were dogs barking non stop. I did not feel safe with the type of surroundings they allowed to stay there. I left an hour later and booked elsewhere last minute. I would like a refund please.

I checked in for my reservation and was told they did not have any rooms available due to overbooking. They did not offer to help relocate another hotel. They did not even automatically refund the reservation fee since it was an issue on their part. I contacted customer service, and the hotel "agreed" to waive the reservation fee. This booking was a nightmare.
