Bad smells, daughter had an allergic reaction had to stay at a different place. Just bad all around.

Floors were very dirty in my room.

The room didn’t have tv. Hair drier. Shampoo and conditioner

Tired and room given away Got to room late around 10:30 pm after baseball game and was told our room had been given away and they had no more rooms. At first tried to tell me nothing could be done as I booked through a third party and my room was not assigned. I showed my reservation and explained her reasoning did not make sense and my room should not be given away just because of checking in late. The hotel is not seven minutes away from Disney Land more like 15. The outside looked really nice. The inside is very disappointing. Has a odor to it very old. The elevator had graffiti carved into both of them. The hallway smelled very unpleasant. when I first checked into the room, my feet stuck to the floor every step I would take my feet I had to go to target to buy things so that I could clean and mop the floor because I was staying there for an extended period of time and I didn’t want to have to keep stepping on stick... read more

Bad smell. Guests were loud. Breakfast is sub par. Missing lightbulbs in room. Dirty, dingy and bath tub faucuet dripping.
