The staff sets them apart! I’ve stayed at this hotel for weeks sometimes while recovering from spinal surgery. I use a stroller to walk. The staff is wonderful and well trained. The manager Alex and Alvin have been accommodating to my needs. This ESA location is a hidden gem in beautiful Lake Forest.
It is a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, for a good price.

Staff is super nice!
Hotel room didn’t have a working shower and the fridge didn’t work. The price was great so not really complaining, just making note of a few things that would have made the stay more enjoyable.
