Not Clean I have stayed at pther Extended stays and they were always clean, this one was not !!! Hair still left in the shower and on the pillow case

Didn't really feel like a really safe place . People pounding on the walls , doors all night long very hard to sleep. Alot of coming and going all night long so alot of slamming doors and hall way noise

As soon as you walked into this hotel, you smelled old food. It was dirty. The floors were filthy. When I walked into my room. The air conditioning didn’t work it only blue straight ahead. It was dirty, and there were bugs in the room. We could not wait to get out of that room the next day it was horrible. I told the woman that checked us out that there were bugs in the room and she said oh there are bugs in other hotels as well

Horrible smell, bathroom is leaking. Soap and shampoo provided were terrible. Towels were dirty and no room service even alter requested

Great price for the location but the tradeoff is a smelly room, dirty towels, stains on pillows, and tub that makes you reconsider. I stay at Extended Stay properties often throughout the state when traveling on business; this is by far the worst experience Ive had in yeara

A limpeza do hotel precisa de urgente atencao. Chao e balcao da recepcao imundos. Atendente mal preparada. Frequencia bem ruim. Creio que pessoas de lower class vivam no hotel. Criancas e adultos sem a minima educacao. Gritam uns com os outros. Criancas berram, choram. Barulhos a noite toda de entra e saem. Horrivel cafe da manha.Lamentavel pq o local por fora é bem bonito. E os quartos sao bem grandes, com boa mobilia.
