The shame. When I arrived I inquired about a restroom and was denied, twice even after explaining just how close of an emergency it was. I was encouraged to go OUTSIDE if I had to go. This absurdly rude suggestion was followed closely with being refused the right to check, on the grounds that in they stated that they were going to give me a refund, Management stated they were going to give me a refund, I have yet to receive a refund. Do not book a stay here! The hotel smelled so bad and had a bunch of smoking drug users hanging around outside. We arent that picky, but when we entered the room, the smell was so bad and had such a dark, heavy feeling that there was no way we could stay there. We turned around, walked out, and left the key at the front desk. Horrible place for anyone to consider booking.

Had cockroaches (not palmetto bugs). Dirty and poorly maintained. Very Noisy - right on the interstate and AC sounded like a freight train. Breakfast was very minimal. No fruit, yogurt or warm foods.

Nice area and good service but our room had cockroach, something weird on the floor (dirt) and bad smell

Roaches roaches roaches 😡 there was too many Realtors and when I went to go ask someone at the front desk no one was there so when we left we found front desk outside with their friend smoking
