Roaches are intolerable. Needs to be fixed asap. I've been staying at this location since 2014 when I come into town. Usually it's a really good place to stay, but this time there were two roaches in my room. One in the bathroom, and one by the entrance door.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but something must be done about this. My family and I booked two rooms. One room was littered with cockroaches in the bath tub and kitchen area. The bathtub housed a whole swarm of roaches which was extremely unsightly and there were at least 5 roaches (dead and alive) making themselves at home in the kitchen arwa. We even found a dead roach stuck to one of the sheets we requested for the pull-out sofa. We asked the front desk to change our room but unfortunately there was no availability.... read more

The room was substandard and not clean. Also we were charged an additional deposit that was not mentioned when reservations were made.

The hotel room smelled horrible ... We believe it was moisture coming from the AC. The bathroom tub had cracks with red and yellow stains, as did the bathroom sink. Not the cleanest, at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

IT WAS BADDDD IM DISABLED AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY RESERVATION I HAD TO SIT IN THE LOBBY FOR 45 MINUTES

Charge $100 upon checkin to try and deter damage. Rooms have kitchens but are not stocked with anything. Have to ask for cups, plates, etc. and even with that they could not provide a coffee maker as advertised. Said “maybe you might be able to get one tomorrow night”.
