If I could give this place -10 stars, I would do it without hesitation. We arrived exhausted, just hoping to get some rest after a long trip, and what we found was a nightmare straight out of hell. From the moment we stepped in, the elevator looked like it belonged in a horror movie covered in cardboard like it was being used for construction debris. I didn't like how I booked the hotel using Expedia... Received a confirmation email saying my room was confirmed and then I show up at 10pm to check in after 11 hours of driving to be told there is no room available for me. If that was the case they should not have confirmed the room and it would have been nice if they used the phone number I provided to call and tell me so I could make alternate arrangements.

I booked thru Expedia this property on March14 for the 15th, and by the time I got to the Property the Front Desk Rep. claimed she didn’t see my reservation, and I paid through the App, and she was rude

My daughter was bitten while we were there I told desk staff he refused to come check the bed for bugs said I’m short it’s just me working refused to give me clean sheets and got an attitude saying u can checkout if u don’t like it here I emailed corporate pictures of my daughters bitten stomach still no response the hot tub was broken with green slime mold in it breakfast was horrible coffee muffins only

The bath was unused could not take a bath or shower with the office coming up say its was going inthe the room on the 2st floor so it was not a good stay all mt girl birthday was that time and it was bad

Very smelly The property was out dated, very smelly and not cleanly. I wouldn’t recommend staying there
