This place was so disgusting I had to leave not long after checking in but they refused to give me a refund. It was very filthy, noisy and smelled. It looks like the property hasn’t been updated since the 1970s. I had to check out early as I was concerned for my health. I got a migraine headache immediately and noticed an extremely filthy vent in the AC. Don’t let the hood reviews fool you like they did me.

The property from outside is nice, the room is old and the night service wasn’t good.

Tricked us!! This was a last minute booking as our real hotel was cancelled mistakenly. We booked because they were one of the few hotels with openings and the profile on Hotels.com looked decent. However, Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment complex. Several people actually live at the complex. The room was clean but the bathroom was very dirty. Couldn't get a good, goodnight rest because all you hear is dogs barking. They were not one physical person behind the counter when needed.

Never had toilet paper. Room was dirty. Carpet was ripped. Sofa hard tears. Furniture was updated. Rude staff. I would never stay here again.

Awful. Stay away If I could have gotten a refund I wish I could. There was bugs, roaches and just very nasty. Shady characters around. Big mistake. I could have stayed elsewhere

Lost our reservation and blamed it on Hotels.com when Hotels.com still showed the reservation on their end.
