Friendly staff and convenient booking but once we reached the premises the smell of old food, dog ,and urine took over. I ended up leaving a few hours of booking and did not stay the night like I planned.

Sold as breakfast facility and sofa bed, sofa bed is not usable and no breakfast. Cleanness is ok.

Scent of cat urine inside the room. Cat litter and urine strong outside the room. Also, couldn’t get an extra bottle of shampoo.

Take your business elsewhere Worst hotel I have ever experienced. I was in a bind and needed an overnight stay that was cost efficient, but this stay was not worth a single penny i spent. Upon arrival check in was easy, but everything that came after was a horrific experience. The hallways have a heavy smell of feet and dog. We arrived and the manager was very nice. First room had condom wrappers on the pull out bed. Second room had bugs and the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch when we pulled the sheet back. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Hotels.com did refund my money.
