The didn't have anything- no coffee maker, and the breakfast was grab and go, had a couple of cereal bars and muffins to grab.

I was sold on a fitness center. What I found was an elliptical, a treadmill, and a bike, that’s it!!! The water was undrikable, and had an odor as did the room. The only positive was the staff, everyone was very helpful and kind

Upon arriving, it appeared as though someone cleaned a hairbrush in my sink. The table had what appeared to be left over dinner on it, and the room was simply dirty... There was no breakfast service outside of warm coffee and dry oatmeal (which you couldn't make, as the hot water was warm). I often stay at the Extended Stay in Syracuse, NY, but after this experience in Orlando / Maitland, I'm switching back to Marriott.

Room was not clean. The floor had stains. Pets were allowed in hotel rooms.

Did not appreciate being awaken with a 2:30 A.M. phone call. Apology was half hearted and only after I said something about the call next morning. That was my first time in Extended Stay and my last ever. Only pleasantry was the young lady who checked me in at 5:30 last night.

Honestly I wouldn’t come back here. When I arrived I had to dial the phone outside the lobby and no one answered. If it it wasn’t for a person that was already staying there we wouldn’t have been able to come in . We checked in , went to the room , first thing we saw was a roach on the stove. The room smelled really bad and the pull out bed was broken. Also the sink and bathtub drain thing were broken

I got there at 11-45. The hotel is not staffed after 11 so the attendant said I'd have to wait till morning for wifi for the staff to come. I had to work on an early morning meeting. first room given to me was not cleaned at all after previous guest left. disappointed.
