Breakfast was a couple of muffins which ran out by 8am and some breakfast bars. Found roaches in the room and blood stains on the mattress. Extremely uncomfortable. Room was next to the employee break room which was rife with cigarette smoke.

There were cockroaches in the hallway. I found a cockroach in the bathtub. Dirty and smelly place.

It was not a good experience the staff was not very welcome I wood never stay there again

Dont stay here with your family and children, go to the one behind this property, on pembroke road, no big price differeence. The staff at this property don't clean tour room, even if you get new reservation. They say they run out of towels and blankets everyday, so you will need to bring your own items. The asian lady is the nicest sweetest staff member here, the rest of the desk staff are rude and lie to you about having the room cleaned.

First of all i will like to said that Im not one of the guys that give bad reviews to everything, but this hotel is nice from outside and structurally. When i open the door of my room the smell was pure cigarets, tabaco or marihuana and humidity( there is an advertise that said”Welcome to smoke free room” funny. Nost disgusting hotel ive ever been in, checked in saw my room, checked out. 3 people behind me did the same thing. Stains all over bed, smells everywhere. This place is the stuff of nightmares.
