I liked Michelle. She was very kind I did not like the breakfast there was nothing to choose from I thought this place was quite trashy to be honest I also did not like the neighbors were very very loud

For an extended stay property, nothing was supplied in the kitchen area (no glasses, plates, etc). The mattress on the pullout was awful. My kids could feel the springs plus the bedding wasn’t in the room. Asked for bedding and was told to go to front desk. They gave me sheets. I had to ask for pillows. They said they’d get a blanket. It ended up being another sheet. Would not recommend...ever! Breakfast was not even an acceptable ‘grab n go’. Coffee not ready nor hot water. Ridiculous.

when I arrived at 3pm room wasn't ready till 4, when entering room it smelled like fish the whole time there, we couldn't sleep felt sick, sprayed, open window and it didn't help, didn't know we had to ask for plates, pots, utensils ect. told it was written on card that keys are inserted in..I told them I never had to, they have full kitchen I didn't think I Had to call for them..also when getting coffee no milk or half an half.. left early cause we didn't feel good from smell...

Christmas nightmare! The worst place in our life. All was bad, filthy, halls stinks, barking dogs, people vookung with the doors open, and the smell was all over. Rooms not done, they changed us and it was full of hair balls. We left to another hotrl. They only tefunded galf the night. It was like a trap place. Never, necer afain to any Extrnded Dtay, NEVER. The hotel was clean and quiet. I did not like the smell of dust in the room, I could only see 4 or 5 channels on the TV and there was bad weather while I stayed so no tv was also bad. I also was very disappointed with the breakfast. No water, juice, cereal toast. Granola bars and oatmeal. Very disappointig

Bed Bugs We have used Extended Stays often when booking trips for our techs in the field. This time was terrible. My tech came back with bites all over him from bed bugs. Very disgusted by this. We will never use an Extended Stay again.
