Horroroso Malisimo, pesima limpieza, muy mala atencion en recepcion . Estuve a punto de irme. Me quede porque una señora de limpieza colombiana muy amablemente me cambio las sabanas. Fue la unica persona amable en el lugar. El.personal de recepcion ofrece pesimo servicio. Muchos perros y personas fumando y sentadas en las aceras. No me volvere a hospedar alli. Precio muy alto, me parecio una estafa

It smelled like humidity and marijuana. No cleanliness at all. Awful decoration. The breakfast was just coffee and protein bars THAT WAS IT. I had no option but to stay but it was horrible. Never had I had a worse experience. The staff was rude and did not even want to work there. It feels as if you’re going to get robbed there based on the people who stay there. They do not even want to issue me a refund at all. HORRIBLY GRIM EXPERIENCE.

I wouldn't stay here Very out dated rooms and hallways smelled pretty bad. Plus there is nothing around the area for a quick bite or drink.

I booked a room through orbitz 1 week and 3 days prior to my vacation. The day after I landed and was about to check in, I received a phone call stating that Orbitz overbooked rooms and I was left stranded. Funny thing is, my friend booked a room 4 days prior to our vacation and got a room.

It was dirty, the room wasn’t ready and there are roaches. It doesn’t smell good.

Terrible stay It was very unprofessional supposed to be non smoking you smell the cigarette smoke soon as you get out your car it was bad completely bad I would recommend this property for anyway

The rooms both smelled a little strange. One of them had an odor like a gym locker. Lots of blemishes in the rooms and things that just didn't work properly. There is no housekeeping unless you stay a certain amount of days. I believe it was 7 days or more. This means you are responsible for your own trash, towels, sheets, etc. This was okay because there were no other options that made sense monetarily due to the weekend events. Definitely wouldn't go back.
