Room still had dirty towels in it, the carpet was saturated with pet urine, hair dryer didn’t work and no staff available to check out.

I stayed at the property for less than 12 hours. The property is designated as a non-smoking facility; however, my room smelled like cigarette smoke and so did my clothes :( Overall the property is dated and I saw a roach in the common area. I arrived very late - approximately 12:30a - 1:00a and was checked out around 9:30a.

From the moment i stepped in the door it was awful!!! The front desk kid was not at the desk. I had to search and ask out loud basicly to myself if anyone was even there. He was rude about not giving me a refund for the second night i was not staying. There was no manager to wven speak to!! There was no soap cups or hand towels in the room. The water pipes knocked all night!!! Then between this company and the hotel no one os taking responsibility for the actions that have happened!!

Never stay here, pick another place We booked a one night stay. First room we we t too had food all over the ground. Second room was ok, but the shower had not been cleaned and the used soap from the last visitor was still there. Then we asked for 2 extra pillows and were told the hotel had NO extra pillows! After I asked again and stressed that our room only came with 3 pillows and we had 4 people, they finally hunted down 2 pillows for us.
