Meh This place is adequate, but tired. It is suitable for a place to stay overnight, but it is not in any way a destination.

Check in Really I usually like staying at an Extended Stay Hotel, but I was not pleased when I showed up there 15 minutes before check in and when I asked if I could check in, they proceed to tell me that their is a fee of $22 to do that. Now in the past their has never been an issue with checking in a bit early but the receptionist was very rude to me about this. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but I think I will weigh my options in the future about staying there due to this

Good value for the money. Clean. Will be better prepared next visit on necessary toiletries etc if staying longer than 2 days.

Convenient location to I-4 which leads to Orlando. Plenty of parking even though it was Christmas season.

Great except for smell. Good location and nice staff that was helpful and accommodating. We stayed on the third floor and the entire floor smelled like some sort of seafood. The bath tub had drainage issues and the room had a very musty smell to it. Once I turned on the AC unit it helped reduce the odor. I enjoyed all aspects of my stay with the exception of the bad smells.
