Very nice! Clean hotel, room seems To have been recently renovated , bathroom was clean and very nice felt like it was all redone. The floors were dark wood or wood like, very clean, room was spacious , hotel and area was in a quiet and safe environment. Very happy with our stay I wouldn’t Hesitate to stay again, or even send my wife and daughter alone to stay in this hotel.

Service in many ways was due to the staff being kind. The coffee area could have more choices.

Not so bad Room was ok. No housekeeping if staying less than seven days. Sofa bed was not comfy

Nice hotel but need to work on amenities (breakfas Need to have at least a continental breakfast amongst other amenities. Overall, clean hotel.

1st stay 1st time staying at an Extended Stay America, booked 3 nights. Michelle at front desk was very nice and understands customer service and was genuinely concerned regarding a problem experienced the 1st night. Went above and beyond to resolve problem. Room was clean and plenty of space. Will stay again. Note: in Maitland, FL there are 2 next to each other that share the same parking lot and 1 just before, so 3 located very close to eachother.
