The room itself was nice and the staff was friendly but the breakfast was limited, consisting of some chewy bars & coffee but no fruit, and the common areas were very dirty.

Hotel next to Rollings college The hotel has the location that we needed. The receptionist was very busy to solve customers problems, however, she was able to help us. Room was nice but the A/C wall unit was really loud and overall the hotel was not really clean. In addition, the manager needs to teach their receptionists that if they are customers at the front desk, he or she needs to put calls on hold and uses the policy first comes first serves... It is only a matter of politeness!

Great place to stay This hotel was great. Clean, spacious rooms. My only issue was the TV reception.

Abril 2018 Foi tudo ótimo, apesar do eterno problema com o checkin na recepção na hora de chegada, onde o sistema informatizado nunca consegue localizar da forma correta a minha reserva pre-paga efetuada com sucesso. E isso acabou atrapalhando bastante nossa viagem pois chegamos muito cansados, queriamos dormir e ficamos esperando por horas.

Economical hotel close to Winter Park. Our stay was for a visit to Winter Park Memorial Hospital where my brother in law is a patient. The cost for one night at the hotel was reasonable. The grab and go breakfast was very satisfactory. The bed was comfortable and the shower was more than satisfactory. The location of the hotel was in a nice area. We did not use the pool, but I could see the pool needed to be cleaned. The concept of extended stay hotels are a good concept and needed.
