The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious. There were a couple things that kept me from giving our stay here a higher rating. For one, the room smelled very damp. Once you're in the room long enough, you don't notice it, but every time you're stepping into the room, it smacks you in the face. I believe it's because the A/C unit is not powerful enough to circulate air around the room and the steam and humidity from showers just cloaks the room. The room itself was nice and the staff was friendly but the breakfast was limited, consisting of some chewy bars & coffee but no fruit, and the common areas were very dirty.

Hotel next to Rollings college The hotel has the location that we needed. The receptionist was very busy to solve customers problems, however, she was able to help us. Room was nice but the A/C wall unit was really loud and overall the hotel was not really clean. In addition, the manager needs to teach their receptionists that if they are customers at the front desk, he or she needs to put calls on hold and uses the policy first comes first serves... It is only a matter of politeness!
