Extended Stay at Maitland Road is a dump The hotel was easy to find. the staff on the evening shift the night we checked in was not representing the hotel. Had a bad attitude and really did not want to be there. The breakfast really wasn't and I found a roach in my bathroom and changing area. I realized that I left my pajamas, called the hotel and reported it, but "no one saw them." Even though I clearly said that I left them hanging on the door in the bathroom. Fair A fair experience. No hot water on the last day. My reservation was screwed up. The breakfast is a total joke. Staff was very weak. I was disappointed overall. Next time in the area I will select a different hotel.

Not the room I paid for. I paid for a KING sized bed and room. We got the King bed but the room was obviously made for a Full Size or Queen at best. I could not walk around the bed which was jammed up against the A/C under the window. There was no second night stand on this side. Therefore, since my husband was sleeping on the other side, which had a night stand and passage to the bathroom area, I had to running leap to launch myself into the bed and inch my way off the bottom of it each and every night. Baseball Travel Clean and comfortable... always like having a kitchen to cut food costs as we travel a lot for baseball tournaments. Lots of road construction in the area and the GPS gets really confused, plus there are three Extended Stays within the same corporate park so make sure you are at the correct address.

Comfortable but more apartment style The hotel is really clean and functional. Hotel staff is limited so a lot of it is self serve and going to the front to get what you need. The rooms are nice and clean and everything was great. Just think of it as staying in an apartment and sorta tending to yourself versus a hotel style treatment
