The hallways were completely dirty. My room was filthy dirty! The carpet seems like it never was clean for years. The bathroom was dirty everywhere from the door to the floor. In the morning when I woke up, I had a small cockroache walking on top of my blanket. I do not recommend to people never stay there. What a nightmare!

The was literally bugs in the inside windows, a live spider on the bed, stains all over the carpet and sticky floors in the bath room. The smell of marijuana.was very strong in the hall way and the “non” smoking room reeked of smoke. I asked for another room and the one I was sent to had some one in it! We called to let the staff know our flight was delayed several hours and we would be arriving at 3am. they said no problem. Upon arrival the desk was closed and we used the outside phone to call management. They said they would not come in to check us in and we'd have to wait till 7. We were forced to sleep in our car and no refund or discount was given. Also, the entry floor was sticky, showerhead leaked all day and public restroom near lobby was closed all week. Nothing worth returning to.

Not recommended This was an extremely outdated property. Look like it may have been nice 20 years ago. Lots of broken and dirty items. Carpet is nasty. Furniture beat up. Kitchen ok but only half the cooktop worked. Not worth the money charged. Will never stay again.

Our flight was randomly canceled so we booked a room and it dirty, outdated, and had roaches coming out of nowhere

This place is not five stars you walked in and smelled bad the customer service was looking at me like I was not supposed to be there. The room was disgusting, the room was nasty with broken curtains and dish washer mildew and water in the bottom of it broken chairs For no smoking room smelled like pot and cigarettes the whole building was nasty Never unpacked bags just checked out and left getting money back

It was a place to stay… About all you can say is that it was a place to stay. The hallways were gross and had trash that wasn’t picked up. The carpet in the room had a huge burn circle in the middle of the floor. The bathtub finish was peeling off and rusting. The floors were sticky. We had a room for five people, and they only gave us two towels and no extra sheets for the sofa bed, so we had to go ask for more.
