The room was like real stuffy had me m my friend n there coughing all night n had both of us like we were congested real bad n the website said 80 for the room n they charged me 103

Overbooking I booked through hotels.com more than 5 days in advance, got my confirmation and when I arrived, it was overbooked! I arrived at the hotel after a day at a park, with my husband and daughter, late 9pm and found out there was no room for me!! It took me almost 2 hours to find another room (was Martin Luther king weekend), 20 minutes driving away, almost double the budget I had. There was nothing to like. The grounds were unkept and sad. The common areas were dirty and the room had bugs. Even if a building is old, which this one is, doesn’t mean that it can be well kept up. It was very disappointing
