Will not stay here again, too dirty and run down! Bad odor in room, hair in tub, just a run down worn out hotel

I booked for queen bed and they put me in double bed. Then when i checked out they charged me for something i don't know about.

Got handicapped room. Smelled bad (Like Someone with a coloncsopy bag stayed there) Called customer service, couldn’t get another room. Called hotels.com customer service, manager Denied my complaint. 2nd time it has happened at this location. 1st time I let it slide.

The room looked like was a crime scene. We booked two queen beds , was given two regular size beds. The room did not have any phone in it. There were drunk people in the lobby. Most of the time staff were not on counter as they were cleaning other rooms. Terrible first night night experience. Will never ever book through Expedia. I will give zero point.

Although check in person was pleasant it was disorganized and lenghty, I was ugraged to a king which I didn't really care about. Got to my room and cleaning was incomplete and bed not made. The hotel and room was clean, a bit outdated, just the basics. Good location.
