Never ever again It was so dirty and unpleasant. We had to wait for the front desk person for almost five minutes to check us in. It was a place we will never go back to ever and will never recommend We booked for 5 nights and cancelled that same day. Awful. Worst hotel ever!!!

They cancel my reservation for being overbook. They let me know that they weren’t honoring my reservation the very same day that I have my check in (already on Orlando) thankfully Expedia got me a diff hotel or I’ll be sleeping in the car with my kids. On top I was charged a “non show fee” and had to expend the following morning talking to at least 3 diff people to get a refund for the money they unfairly took.

管理不足ではないですか？ 3名3室を利用したが、内2名が掃除をしていない部屋を渡された。もう1室はベッドシーツがしわしわで、伸ばしているだけで交換はされた形跡は無し。 Wi-Fiは1階の角部屋で全く入らず、隣のホテルのWi-Fiが良く入ります。もう利用しません。

Staff was pleasant. Hotel is labeled as non-smoking yet certain areas smelled like smoke. 2 of the 3 nights I was there you could smell marijuana on my floor 2 rooms over which traveled into my room.

Cleanliness. Check in later on in the evening. No was at the desk for 20 mins. While waiting my boyfriend sat down on the chair in lobby where a roach crawled out of the seat. He did not tell me this until we were in the elevator on the way to the room. When we walked in to our room, immediately smelled like marijuana. Room smelled like cat pee in the morning and shower realer of bleach. Overall just very disappointed in cleanliness.
