Staff and cleanliness was ok. When we walked in the hotel had it had a really strong bad smell. The room also had a bad smell. I took a shower and used the hotel towel and couldn’t stand the odor of it either. We booked for two nights and had to cancel and only stayed one night.

Well check in was ok but the carpet in the room was nasty and The whole buildings Smell like smoke so never again.

The hotel is moldy, and the rooms only have 1 set pf towels for a family of 4. I was extremely upset about this.

Frustrating Experience Chose to stay here for a quick overnight getaway. Checked in around 7pm and was "greeted" by a clerk who's attitude suggested I was an inconvenience to her, after waiting in an empty lobby for a time. Given a room and room key. if traveling solo is ok! This is not a place for a family stay, people sitting in front of main entrance smoking and showing drugs next to them, police was onsite for domestic violence call, despite employees willing to give a good stay and service , this is not the place you want to take your family!

Room had a very bad musty/mildew smell coming from AC vent. Tub spout was leaking. Carpet had a bad smell.

The room was dingy and dark the appliances were horrible - outdated and not maintained well.

Horrible Experience! Definitely not a place I would ever go back to ever again. I was so discouraged to even go back to the hotel room after my day out. The hotel smells like humidity and cigarettes everywhere specially in the room and hallways. Roaches roamed the entire kitchen/bathroom area specially at night.
