Rude staff. Dirty rooms. The overall experience was horrible.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only person who was nice was a young lady by the name of shamira. No one was at the front desk majority of the time.

property is hugely outdated. for example no sliding doors at front so you have to open two sets of doors to enter or exit. how is this even legal under ADA act?

Everything was awful shower , kitchen ,room smelly the whole place was disgusting

This property was very close to Universal Studios, however, my room was never cleaned and I had to take out my own trash. The receptionist claimed it was a self served hotel. There are other options on the same street.

It was no pool and no fitness center. Cover to thin and room not dark enough.

The hallways and rooms have a horrible smell to them. The hallways carpet is nasty black.

We can’t rest or sleep all night long, next door guest had a big party at his room with a lot of people and very loud music, we called at least 3 times to the front desk, terrible night. The toilet is very small, not elongated . Very convenient price and locatuon near Universal studios.
