Hotel stinks, rooms smell like gym locker rooms, people smoking in rooms can be smelt in hallway. Dirty counters, mirrors, toilets. Gross all around. Do not recommend at all.

Good location. Good location but not the most comfortable beds. Shower would not stop running and the breakfast area was not stocked very well. One staff member didn’t look to happy to be there, if you don’t like your job then work somewhere else. That’s the last thing a hotel guest wants to see is an unhappy employee.

The room smelled horrible and what breakfast doesn't serve eggs or bacon.

I Would Not Recommend this Hotel to Anyone My first impression of the hotel was a woman smoking in front of the lobby with tattoos.The check in staff (a young lady) was very unfriendly and never smiled the entire time we checked in. The elevator was out of order and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room on the third floor with luggage. The front desk staff person never told us the elevator was out of order and she never apologized for it being out of service. The room was dirty and the appliances (oven, refr... read more

Arrived in room at 10 P.M. and it was extremely hot in room as A/C was turned off and it was 92 that day in Orlando. I could not sleep as it took forever for the room to cool down. There were dirty sheets on floor of room that had been forgotten by maid. We only had 3 smallish bath towels and 3 wash cloths even though they knew we had 4 people in room ( no hand towels at all) The hair dryer did not work and I did not bring one from home. Horrible Mold growing around shower knob, hairs on shower walls, eyelashes on one shower wall, broken toilet seat, shower head wasn’t screwed in all the way so it sprayed water everywhere (I had to take it off and put it back on to fix it, and a burning smell would come out of the bathroom air vents if on for a while. The hotel gave us two free nights at any location, but it was still gross. Oh and their “breakfast” is literally ALL BREAD.
