Not very pleased! The bed was uncomfortable. They never clean the Room while we state. That refrigerator was very noisy. You have to go downstairs to get if you need anything. Still Room was either too hot or too cold. The smell was unbearable.

Read the fine print--- No daily room service Paid good money for a room--Read the fine print---- there was no daily room service, had to go and switch out towels when needed- & ask for shampoo--- There was a kitchenette-- but no dishes, or silverware, pots and pans, no coffee pot--- nothing. Walked to Universal Studios Upon entering the room it was evident that a smoker had used the room and the smell was everywhere. The wifi was poor at best. The quality of the TV signal was intermittent.

hotel was not clean Room was not clean. We did bot have any towels or linens for the pull out sofa. We saw riaches in the bathroom. The Elevator was broken down and had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

Uncomfortable is putting it nicely In all fairness, I don't set a high bar when it comes to expectations. I'm a firm believer in low expectations, better outcome. However, this didn't even meet my lowest bar. Night 1: When we got to our room, the door was open and hadn't been finished. One of the two beds hadn't been made and was missing pillow covers. Not a nice hotel Where do I even start. When we arrived, we were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. There were dirty towels everywhere around the room, water was running, it looked like a tornado came through the room. We were given another room on the second floor. This room was clean but the carpet had spots, furniture was coming apart, spots on the curtain. The people above us were stomping around as if they were doing it on purpose. 期待外れ チェックイン時は事務所奥で従業員が作業しており来訪を大声で伝えても気が付かれず。しばらく待ってようやく来ましたが謝罪は無く無愛想でした。アメリカ流の商売人はこんなものですが。カードキーが機能せず他の従業員を見つけて直してもらいました。朝食付きでしたが日々悪くなる一方。4日間滞在の初日は食パン、ベーグル、コーヒー、シリアルしかありません。翌日は食パンが出なくなり最終的にはベーグルとコーヒーのみ。 部屋の掃除なども来てくれません。朝食と掃除については台所がついた滞在型の部屋なので、あまり干渉しない方針だったかも。リゾートに近いホテルだったのに全体的にサービスが悪いのでガッカリしました。

Horrible The hotel does not know how to work a third-party payment and charged me twice. I had to call corporate. The manager is also never there because she works 2 locations. There was hair in my tub and the carpet was coming up. I will never stay there again.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was bread and cereal. They were out of milk. They charge extra to do many services the other places include in their fees.
