Breakfast sucks! Bagel and toast bread only, offer cereal without milk. The front desk said run out and delivery comes in 2 days.

Nice receptionist. Hair in the bathtub drain. Empty shampoo bottle. Hot water not filled at breakfast buffet. Poor attention to detail.

I have recently had heart surgery and have to stay away from any ingection,i checked in to my room and i didnt smell too clean but it was too late and i was tired so i went to bed all night i han sinus problems and it was hard to sleep,i finally got to sleep about 4am after waking up that morning i was getting dressed and just happen to look at the pillow and noticed it had black mold on it and i had slept on that pillow allnight

A roach and a lot of odors I booked this hotel because of the proximity to universal studios. When I first entered the lobby I knew something was wrong. It smelled like a horse barn or zoo. Check-in was fast. I got on the elevator and still could not get away from the awful stench. The floor of the elevator had old gun on it. The elevator doors were scratched up pretty bad. No smiles here Not happy when you wake up at 5am because people very noisy in the hallway and the upstairs bedroom seem they had a basketball game going on since 5 am

Free breakfast is a joke, there at opening and they were out of milk for cereal, creamer for coffee, orange juice, had no fruit. Basically, toast or bagels only only apple jelly, no jams, butter, cc. The rooms were not very clean. Had no soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. out of towels. We were there for less than 12 hours just needed to sleep at night, shower, and have breakfast! None of that happened! Disappointed 😔

felt like we stayed at a stranded hotel stayed for two nights. we asked for fresh towels to front desk and they told us that we needed to bring the used ones, and that they didn't have any clean ones anyways. we were coming back from water parks so we have to reused the three we had. outsite garbage cans full for two days, hallways dirty, no toile treats.

Very disappointed. CONS 1. I booked over a month ago and they didn't have the room available that I paid for. I got a lower class room, when I asked for a manager to get with me on this, the manager was never available. I repeatedly asked for days and still no callback as was promised. 2. The first room they gave me had a dog bone on the floor, smelled horrible and a dirty bathroom. 3. I was given another room. This room was "acceptable" though still a lower class room.
