Worst Hotel in Orlando Being Disney and universal pass holders we have stayed at many different hotels in Orlando and have had great experiences. This however was one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. To start with the hotel lobby when we first walked in smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Not good Rates at hotel were lower than what was advertised in Expedia, but expedia took care of it after a call. Hotel was not in great condition..dirty elevators, construction on lobby...another guest had an issue with a clogged toilette, Rooms were very spartan devoid of even drinking cups for water....

Below average The hotel did not have breakfast till 2 hrs later. They said the person having key has not come. The posted hours were from 6.30am, the person did not show till after 8 am. The room floor was sticky and smelly too.

Ok ! If your barley going to be in the room because your out all day then go for it . But if you plan on using the pool/ chill in the room dont .

Very close to Universal Studios Hotel is very close to Universal Studios but the staff is horrible!!! When we arrived we waited for 10 minuets for a lady to come out of the backroom to give us our key to get to the room . When we got to the room they only had two towels for the four of us and when I asked for more detailed me to have to wash them first . We will definitely not go back.

Pro close to universal Beds were small and hard not one utensil in full kitchen all towels smelled like dog there was no housekeeping available for my 3 day stay with out a few I never heard of this. Will never stay at this hotel again

Dirty Place and rude employees I was so disappointed. First, when I tried to check in early because I was with 2 kids, the attendant was so rude. After the room was extremely dirty, smelling so bad and a lot of cockroach in the room. Terrible experience.
