Smell of mold and overall bad odor. Hotel in major need of renovation. Recommend the deluxe extended stay next door.

Wouldn’t stay again The rooms were good in size.. however, it smelled and felt humid. The tv wasn’t working. And I had a leaky faucet. Called front desk to fix it Friday night but no one ever came. And i was only staying 2 nights so I didn’t bother. And free WiFi ?? Rightttttt. I was never able to log on. Great location but not a good place to stay unfortunately.

Don’t stay Place was smelly very moldy & mattress stains very gross

Horrible stay! We had booked a king bed for my husband and I. When we arrived, the lady said they only have a double bed, room left. It was late, and we didn't have any other option, but to take it. They refused to refund for the extra cost we paid for the King bed. I was on the phone with multiple hotels.com reps trying to help me out for over 3 hours, and the hotel ended up refusing to do anything about it. Dont stay at this hotel if you can help it Very poor living conditions there was sticky stuff and stains all over the floor and the bathroom smelled bad. The price of the room was also very expensive I travel to Orlando multiple times a year and I will NOT be stay at this hotel again.

close to attractions Old hotel. Was traveling by myself(women)Didn't feel safe. Nothing in kitchen. Had to get any items for kitchen from front desk. Floors were sticky. Get what you pay for !!

Martin Basic items promised in in kitchenette not available,such as flatware and plates. Security extremely lax. Unknown people sleeping in parking lot and gathering at exits at all hours if the day and night. Probably will not book again.

Horrible Customer Service We had a team of off duty police officers there helping after hurricane Irma hit. The guys hadn't had any sleep or a shower in several days. When they tried to check in there was issue with the online reservation we made and as the guys were on the phone trying to get it worked out, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, telling them to, "take it outside".
