Weekend nightmare! Dirty, smelled like dog urine everywhere. Housekeeping never came by. Pool was closed. Loud people cursing in their rooms. Couldn’t find my reservation. Will never stay here again. Horrible

Ease of checking in but stops there. Bed was clean but holes in the curtains, stains on kitchen counter, marks on every wall..fire alarm went off three times throughout the night, most likely drugged out people. Never ever again

Crowded pool people brought their own grill to cook took half the pool area. Fire alarm going off 3 time at 4:50am, 5am, 5:10am .

This place was horrible. We were told that homeless people use this hotel as refuge, hence the horrible atmosphere that was apparent as soon I walked in. As soon as I entered the room, there was this horrible smell present that smelled like mildew. The rugs were dirty, the sink was leaking, and the tub had chips of paint on the inside. Sent me to an occupied room. Old food in the brain of sink. No pillow cases no soap no toilet paper. Had to leave in the middle of night . The next room was cooking awful food that lingered Into my room and made me sick.

Outside nice, inside shows wear and tear... It looked to me like a homeless guy had gotten inside the building and maybe was living in the hallway, or at least enjoying the air conditioning until maybe he got kicked out. He had nothing but the clothes on his back. I saw him take a seat against the hallway wall, and kill time, when I was carrying stuff from my car, made me want to get inside the room and lock the door.
