what i loved about this place is how close everything was, the only complaint i have is they should have indicated we wouldnt be getting breakfast or that the pool was closed i believe they should have comped with something

Rented this hotel for 1 night didn’t know the pool was closed! So call before going. They said was because of covid19 but there are many hotels in the whole area with open pools. Room was clean. No ice machines!

Checkin was great and the concierge was really awesome and let me check in early. That was the last good experience. The shower head was loose, and after I tightened it the spray was so wide the shower curtain couldn’t keep water in the tub. I used all of my towels to dry up the water that even spread out into the kitchenette (kitchenette was amazing btw). When I asked if more towels could be brought up a different concierge told me to bring the wet ones down because they couldn’t come up. I ended up grabbing some some from ... read more
