Older hotel in need of refresh or reno, but overall pleasant.

Elevator and floors looked to be dirty. Entryway was not pleasant. Was not welcoming. No blow dryer. Mediocre breakfast although the coffee was good. Overall did not feel fresh and clean.

No coffee maker/ hairdryer in the room..the front desk gal was quite pleasant and very helpful

Beautiful grounds, good location. Getting pretty scuzzy looking, especially around the registration area. Sticky dirty counters and carpet, needs to be tidied up, organized and deep cleaned to be as welcoming inside as it is outside. Rooms don't even have a dish cloth to wipe the counter upon arrival (I used bathroom wash cloth).

The price was reasonable, staff was lacking friendliness but all and all it was good. It was close to downtown.
