Dirty carpet, elevator broken, bad aspect of the staff & no shampoo

Will never stay here again No sign on the outside of the building. Elevator broken & had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. No daily room cleaning. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Black hairs all over my bathroom. Refrigerator that ran all night. Strange smells from strong cleaning products.

Water leak in room all night. a/c not cooling.trash under bed no hot water in shower staff was no help in moving rooms or fixing problem.

when i checkwd in they gave me a dirty room. then downgraded me so i could havw a room for the night. i washed landryg there and that was a awful. has to pay electronically and quarters
