Dirty rude did not have the room I reserved and they ended up charging us more than I reserved for. Extremely disappointed.

Stay Away!!! Don't book here! Hotel overbooked no rooms with a confirmed paid for reservation . 5 other families there in tiny dirty lobby with same problem. No manager and they didn't know the number to corporate. I felt like there were rooms but they were not clean, they were confused with which rooms were occupied and were going into people's rooms to see if they were empty or occupied! 4 hours later Hotels.com helped find me another room for my family 20 minutes away! Will not be returning The hotel promotes a non-smoking policy but when I arrived there were five people standing at the main entrance smoking and all doors to the lobby were open. I was on one of the ground floor rooms and all night long it smelled of smoke. The window air conditioner functioned very poorly; never getting the room below 74 degrees. There was litter underneath the bed. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of coffee and pre-packaged small muffins - that's it. The free ... read more

Nasty I booked 2 nights, 2 full beds. Our first room one of the beds was peed in and it was still wet. So we were moved to another room, which the shower didn't drain and there was a condom box in the side table. It looked like the same sheets have been on the beds for a month. I would not stay here ever.

As I approached the hotel, I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the entrance and lobby areas. The floors were very worn and dingy. Although my room was clean, the initial perception was disappointing. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is horrible.... but I guess you get what you pay for!

Don't stay here I was given dirty silverware, found a piece of chicken under my bed, the staff however was really nice but I would never stay there again. Cleanliness is important and this place is not as clean as it should be . I travel a lot for work and This place has a different breed of people honestly. There were also a few domestic disputes while I was there.

Stinky and not really clean hotel smelled like fish or some kind of seafood. Vinyl floors were sticky. Had to purchase air freshner to be able to stay there. I will never stay there again. I would not recommend. Luggage carts had flat wheels, no h/c ramp at front. I will not book through expedia again.
